Over 80% of shopping decisions are made in store, not at home. The best way to effectively be part of the decision making process is to use your stores as a marketing tool.
If decisions concerning what to buy are made in store, let's start using the store to its full advantage. It's about time retailers start to be part of that decision making process together with the customers.
